The election schedule is dictated by the Maori Land Court. Under normal circumstances elections occur every three years. Nomination forms have to be with the secretary two clear days before the annual AGM. You can find nomination forms here nomination forms have to be with the Incorporation Secretary two full days before an AGM
The Incorporation has an AGM every year at Paraweka Marae in Pipiriki. Normally between November and February each year The Incorporation can also have Special AGM’s if it is required.
If you have been to previous AGM’s you will be contacted by mail. If you are unsure or you are a descendant but have never been to a meeting but would like to contact the secretary with your name address and email
